Zari support
Zari saves places from the videos and posts you watch, sorts them into categories, shows them on a map and picks one for you when you can’t decide. If something isn’t working, write to alexislogothetic@gmail.com.
Saving a spot
How do I save a place from a video?
In the app you are watching in, tap Share, then More, then Zari. Zari reads the post’s caption, finds the place and asks you to confirm it.
Zari isn’t in my share sheet
Scroll to the end of the row of apps in the share sheet and tap More. Find Zari in the list, then tap Edit and add it to your Favourites so it stays at the front.
Zari couldn’t find the place in my link
Some posts don’t name the place, and some sites hide their captions from other apps. Type the place’s name on the add screen and pick it from the suggestions. The link stays attached to the spot.
Can I add a place without a link?
Yes. Search for it on the map, or tap Add Spot and tap the map to place the pin yourself.
Your spots
I have a new iPhone. Where are my spots?
Zari keeps a backup in your iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account, make sure iCloud is switched on for Zari in the Settings app, and open Zari. Your spots come back shortly after.
How do I delete a spot or a category?
On the Places tab, swipe a spot to the left to delete it. To change or delete a category, tap Edit and then tap the category.
Zari Pro
What does Pro add?
The free version keeps up to 30 spots. Zari Pro keeps as many as you like.
I subscribed but Zari still shows the limit
Tap the profile button on the map, then Restore purchases. You need to be signed in to the Apple Account that bought the subscription.
How do I cancel?
Tap the profile button on the map, then Manage subscription. You can also cancel in the Settings app, under your name, then Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your spots are never deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
